What continues to resonate with audiences is that Mondrian's work is imperishable, meaning poetically in terms of art that will never lose its value, beauty, or significance. His iconic style gave rise to Modern Art as an ongoing form without a time structure, always present in harmony, structure, and balance, embodying natural order in a more defined sense.

The Mondrian Trust plays an important role in preserving and sharing Piet Mondrian’s legacy. How does the Trust approach collaborations like this edition, and what is important when bringing these works to new audiences?

The Mondrian/Holtzman Trust works to preserve the legacy of Piet Mondrian in terms of being non-subjective, keeping the focus on his own works and writings as he left them, and providing the general public with knowledge and understanding of who he was and his approach to his artwork.
